Program Goal
To provide hands-on support via Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to help our priority customers unlock the full potential of their Adobe Workfront solution.
What You'll Receive
This program is an Adobe investment in your business at no-cost to you. It is a hands-on and personalized consulting engagement with an Adobe Workfront expert to:
- Dive Into your instance's configuration
- Streamline usage
- Optimize performance
- Resolve pain points/issues
- Deliver clear, actionable outcomes tailored to your needs
Our Ask of You
To ensure we provide the best possible support, we need your active participation throughout the program to make the most of the consulting hours. This collaborative effort will help us tailor our solutions to your specific needs. Failure to engage with the Adobe Expert resources or provide required system access will result in losing your spot in the program. Lastly, there is no monetary cost to you and in return we ask that you provide your thoughts at the end of the engagement to help keep this program running as a valuable investment in customer success.
What You Can Expect
This is a finite hours engagement and is not SOW-based. Your Adobe Expert will align with you on goals and scope, then lead the hands-on work based on the discovery they conduct with you. If you need assistance related to Workfront Fusion, please clarify this with your Account Manager and review our Workfront Automation Engagement Expectations. You will need to be preapproved prior to your kickoff date for the team to do Fusion work in your instance.

- Sandbox Refresh: Prior to the start of the engagement, refresh your Sandbox 01 environment so it accurately reflects your current Production setup.
