The Advisory team is here to identify how SAMs can best support their customers to be most successful. Our goal is to help drive strategic and technical adoption of the Adobe Experience Manager solution.
Advisors are multi-touch attribution and AEM experts who can share their knowledge of AEM with customers through limited engagements or identify what the customer needs based on their current understanding, usage, and setup of the solution. Depending on what the Business or Technical Advisory team determines from each customer case, we will either work with the SAM and customer directly or guide the SAM on what steps should be taken and what additional resources may be necessary.
