The general review covers a wide breadth of areas if there are areas that you would like to discuss please provide prior to the review to be able to take into consideration.

Yes, there are limits, and those are in-scope items of the general review. However, for any specific topic which are blockers, we can take as clear path specific engagement and provide recommendations with next steps.
Can CTA cover long-term, ongoing project support?​​
No, CTA services are scoped for concise and outcome-based engagements. CTA can help alleviate road blocking issues with next steps and recommendations.​​
What are the costs / price of one CTA activity?​​
CTA activities are not paid services. Our ask is that you provide feedback (good or bad) on your engagement as it helps keeps offerings like these available for our customers. ​
Can we get the same CTA for all engagements?​​
To reduce the onboarding overhead we will always try to staff CTA activities with the same consultants. There are situations (lead time, knowledge, availabilities, products, …) when this is not possible.​​
Can you assist development teams and partners with hands on implementation?​​
CTAG is not a substitute for proper consulting and implementation. Adobe Consulting, an Adobe partner, or experienced developer should be leveraged for implementations of Adobe Products. CTAG is not an alternative to a well thought out implementation plan.​
Can you work with Adobe engineering and implement feature XYZ?​​
No, we are not allowed to modify any product code. We can do Troubleshooting in cases when it is not clear if it's related to product or customization to identify where customizations may be the culprit of an issue. ​Further troubleshooting of the issue should be carried out by a trusted implementor. ​
